With the weather picking up i headed to Pontypool Park to meet up with my friend Hannah. The last time i was in the park i was a child and my grandparents had taken me there as my great aunt was working in Stead and Simpson and we were picking her up after work.
I arrived at the car park and headed to wards the leisure centre where Hannah was waiting for me, we headed in to the coffee shop for a cuppa and a kitkat and put the world to rights and made some plans. We headed out and back in to the park and took a walk up through the woodland, we spotted many squirrels and other wildlife , we examined a very old Sweet Chestnut tree which was hollow , and then headed up to the Shell Grotto
